Here's how
it works.
Already have a claim number? Let us know. Still working out what to do? Start by calling us.
- 01
Tell us what happened.
Call or request an appointment. If the car isn't drivable, let us know before arranging a visit.
- 02
We assess the damage.
We inspect the car and prepare an estimate. Photos can help start the conversation, but an in-person inspection is needed to understand the repair.
- 03
We work with your insurance company.
We send the estimate and supporting information to your insurance company and coordinate repair approvals. Ask us about an Enterprise or Hertz rental if you need one.
- 04
The repair gets underway.
An in-depth inspection, including disassembly, is conducted. If more damage is found, we document it, contact your insurance company and keep you informed.
- 05
We review the work with you.
At pickup, we'll explain the completed repair, payment arrangements and your limited lifetime warranty.

Do I need a claim number to get started?
Contact us and we can walk you through the best path to getting your vehicle repaired.
Can I pay for the repair myself?
Yes. Let us know when you request the estimate that you're considering paying directly. We can explain the proposed work and cost before you decide how to proceed.
What will I need to pay?
In most cases, you only owe your deductible. Your out-of-pocket cost depends on your coverage, deductible, approved repair and any work you authorize outside the claim.
Can you help with a rental car?
We help coordinate rentals with Enterprise or Hertz. Rental coverage and any out-of-pocket cost depend on your claim or policy.
How long will the repair take?
Average repairs take under two weeks. Timing depends on the damage, parts availability and any insurance approvals.
What if you find more damage?
Some damage is hidden until parts are removed. We document it, discuss the additional repair with your insurance company and update you on what it means for the work.
Does the repair have a warranty?
Our repair work is backed by a limited lifetime warranty. Read the written terms, including coverage and exclusions.
